Return Policy

Returns & RMA Requests

To request a return, please complete the Product Return Form and submit all required details. All returns must be approved by our team and require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back.

Information Required for Returns

When submitting a return request, you must provide:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address and Telephone Number
  • Order ID and Order Date
  • Product Name and Product Code
  • Quantity of items
  • Reason for return
  • Product condition (opened or not)
  • Additional details (if faulty or incorrect item)

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns may be requested for the following reasons:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Faulty or defective product
  • Order error
  • Incorrect item received
  • Other valid reasons (with explanation)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be returned with original packaging and documentation

👉 Important:

Once an instrument has been used or opened, it may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used instruments
  • Special order or customized products
  • Modified or private label items

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • All returns require an approved RMA number
  • RMA must be requested through the return form or customer support
  • RMA number must be clearly written on: 
  1. Shipping label
  2. Original invoice

👉 Returns without RMA will NOT be accepted RMA authorization is valid for 30 days from approval

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Use a trackable and secure shipping method (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Inspection & Refunds

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds or credits will be issued only if items meet return conditions
  • Processing time: 3-4 weeks after receiving the return

Restocking Fees

  • Returns after 30 days may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee
  • Additional fees may apply if items are not returned in saleable condition

Important Notes

  • Product condition (opened or unopened) will affect eligibility
  • Detailed explanation is required for faulty or incorrect items
  • Supporting evidence (photos) may be requested
