Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or using services from Backhaus International (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement will take precedence where applicable.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders are considered accepted when:

An invoice is issued, or
The product is shipped

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice
Additional costs such as freight, tariffs, or material cost increases may apply
Applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer

Payment Terms

Full payment must be made according to invoice terms
Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge (or maximum allowed by law)
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders due to non-payment

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum order quantity is 1 piece (1 PCS) unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, or similar)
Shipping time:

In-stock items: 6-8 business days
Out-of-stock items: 20-30 days (depending on order size)

Shipping costs:

Customer courier account → no shipping charge from us
Otherwise → shipping charged based on weight and destination

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the carrier

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
We are not responsible for:

Customs delays
Additional charges imposed by destination country

Returns

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
Products must meet return eligibility conditions, including authorization and unused status.

Warranty

We ensure all instruments are checked before shipment.

If items are damaged during shipping replacement will be provided (with proof such as images)
If a product has a functional issue replacement may be arranged in the next order

Use of Products

You agree that:

You have all required licenses or approvals to use purchased products
Products are used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product

Force Majeure
